Marinate the meat with herbs that had been crushed, at least for 1 hour.
Over medium heat, cook the coconut milk into the pan. Stir occasionally until the coconut oil from floating to the surface, for about 20 minutes.
Prepare a large frying pan and then enter the meat along with the coconut milk 300 cc. Do it until the meat is submerged by water coconut milk.
